I've been challenged this winter to think of things differently and approach these cold winter months with a sense of reflection and strategy for how I want to shape the months ahead. I often jump into the new year with either some wide-eyed crazy ambition and then burn out or I ease in so slowly that it is the end of Q2 and I’m not sure how we went from Christmas to the year being halfway over.
