Brad Arrowsmith owns Arrow Towing, one of the largest towing companies in the Midwest. Towing everything from passenger cars and airplanes off the interstate after a crash and assisting with complicated semi-extractions. Brad’s company also assists with fire and rescue efforts, mobilizing fleets of mail trucks, toxic spill cleanup, and many other projects. 

He bought the business from his dad and has grown it from 7 trucks to a fleet of 98 pieces of equipment. Brad takes us through his experience of the highs and lows of a towing business as he navigates the challenges of growing the outfit, keeping customers first and building a great team.
